Profoto Connect Wireless Transmitter for Olympus
With the Profoto Connect wireless transmitter for Olympus cameras, you have a wireless connection with AirTTL flashes that controls flash sync, remote control, Auto TTL and HSS. The transmitter also controls flash sync and remote control of Air flashes. The Connect transmitter has three settings. Auto mode being the first, it removes all guesswork when setting up your flashes. Manual mode is available if you wish to adjust the flashes yourself and be more creative. The last setting allows you, of course, to switch it off when the transmitter is not in use.
By downloading the Profoto app and with a Bluetooth connection, you can also control your flashes wirelessly and update your firmware later via the app. The Connect operates on a 2.4 GHz frequency and up to eight channels with an operating range of 1000' when using normal flash sync and remote control, and 330' with Auto TTL and HSS. The integrated lithium-ion polymer battery has a 30-hour runtime and is rechargeable via the included USB cable. Additionally, the transmitter switches off after 60 minutes of inactivity.
