Kino Flo's award-winning FreeStyle 21 frees your creativity with a quick-release function to remove the LED panel from the fixture, reducing weight by almost half (from 11.6 lbs/5.3 kg to 7 lbs/3.2 kg) and creating a smaller form factor for better mounting flexibility. The LED panel's corner guards can be used to suspend it from a rope or wire. The panel also accepts a spigot mount for working on lighting stands. The Freestyle 21 comes complete with the FreeStyle programmable colour controller, head cable (25'), complete fixture with removable LED panel and KinoGrip centre mount. 90 degree or 60 degree honeycombs, mounted with hook-and-loop fasteners, give direction to the light and when removed, the panel diffuses a wide soft beam on set. The FreeStyle 21 is known for its >96 white light, full saturation colour, cinema gel choices and RGB chromatic selection via the 150 watt AC/DC FreeStyle controller. It incorporates Lumen Radio wireless DMX; no additional cost for wireless receiver accessories. The fixture can also be used directly up to 50 feet from the controller via Kino Flo head cables. Freestyle drive technology provides soft, bright light with continuous dimming from 100% to 0% on a linear or square curve without flicker at higher camera speeds or varied shutter angles. The FreeStyle 151 LED DMX controller
The firmware listed above is loaded onto the FreeStyle LED controller and can operate the Freestyle 21 fixture remotely with a 25' extension cable or can directly drive the panel when mounted to the rear of the fixture. The Freestyle controller (LED-151X) includes standard cable DMX input/output ports as well as wireless DMX connectivity (Lumen Radio). The controller has a universal AC voltage input 100-240 VAC (1.25 amp at 120 VAC) as well as a 3-pin XLR for 24 VDC operation (6.25 A). Kino Flo's new FreeStyle LEDs are also equipped with standard and wireless DMX (Lumen Radio), a 24 VDC input and a universal voltage input 100-240 VAC (1.25 amp at 120 VAC). The FreeStyle 151 LED DMX controller firmware can be updated from a PC using the Mini B data port.
