Kino Flo's award-winning FreeStyle 41 unleashes your creativity with a quick-release function allowing removal of the LED panel from the fixture, reducing weight by nearly half (from 7.3 kg/16 lbs to 4.4 kg/9.6 lbs) and creating a smaller form factor for improved mounting flexibility. The LED panel's corner guards can be used to hang it from rope or wire. The panel also accepts a screw-on mount for working on light stands. The Freestyle 41 comes complete with the colour-programmable FreeStyle controller, a head cable (7.6 m), a complete fixture with removable LED panel and a quick-release KinoGrip centre mount. 90-degree or 60-degree honeycomb grids, attached with hook-and-loop tape, provide directional lighting and, once removed, the panel displays a wide soft beam on set. The FreeStyle 41 is known for its >96 white light, full-saturation colour, cinema gel choices and RGB chromatic selection via the 150 Watts AC/DC FreeStyle controller. It features built-in Lumen Radio wireless DMX; no additional cost for wireless receiver accessories. The light can also be used directly up to 15 metres from the controller via Kino Flo head cables.
Freestyle drive technology delivers bright, soft light with continuous dimming from 100% to 0% on a linear or square curve without flicker at high camera speeds or with variable shutter angles. There is no change in light level when switching from 2500K to 9900K and colour does not change when light levels increase or decrease. Colour and brightness remain stable throughout the LED's rated lifespan thanks to Kino Flo's advanced True Match daylight and tungsten colour management system, which has proven itself since Kino Flo introduced the True Match Celeb soft-panel studio LED concept six years ago. Passive cooling keeps LEDs in good condition for a longer lifespan than units requiring electric fans.

The controller has a universal AC voltage input 100-240 V AC (1.25 Ampere at 120 V AC) as well as a 3-pin XLR for 24 V DC operation (6.25 A).
