The LED DMX Image L40 Kit with Yoke support has been designed by Kino Flo for image creators who need to carry precise lighting equipment with sophisticated colour control outdoors. The kit includes a 137 x 43 x 16.5 cm Image L40 DMX LED panel with a barn door (grid) and filter frame. A Junior pin is provided for stand mounting or suspension. A rigid wheeled transport case measuring 147 x 65 x 24 cm with recessed latches and handles is included for storage and transport.

Flexibility and extensive control options are essential to the production of the Kino Flo Image L40 DMX LED Panel with Yoke Support. The 137 x 16.5 x 43 cm panel uses four menus with multiple channels that have functionalities that can be controlled on the fixture via traditional wired DMX or via Lumen Radio wireless DMX. The White menu allows dimming control from 1 to 100%, colour control from 2700 to 6500K and Green/Magenta control. There are two colour menus. In the Gels/Hue menu, the Kelvin range is extended from 2500 to 9900K.

Among the channels, there is one called Gel which offers several presets for lighting conditions, such as mercury vapour, and 100 frequently used gel filters. A channel called Hue Angle (Hue) and another called Saturation (Sat) are also included in the Gel menu and work together as a 360-degree colour wheel allowing more than two million colour combinations.

The second colour menu offers RGB (Red, Green, Blue) control, allowing a user-selected combination to achieve any colour in the visible spectrum. The RGB menu also allows specific gel RGB values to be set or colours to be controlled from a DMX console. Finally, there is an FX menu that creates effects such as Candle, Fire, TV, Police, Lightning, Paparazzi, Pulse and Scroll. Within each effect, there are presets that modify parameters or change the speed of the chosen effect.

The Image L40 is ready for worldwide use thanks to its 100 to 240 VAC power supply. The fixture comes with a 90-degree honeycomb grid to tighten its beam angle and limit stray light, providing directional control for selective lighting. This version of the fixture features a Yoke support. The support has a hole to accept industry standard hardware such as a pin or receiver.
