Enhance the lighting of your photo and video productions with the updated RX-18TDX. The 3rd generation offers 25% more light compared to its predecessors. With the compact all-in-one controller, you control the RX-18TDX III. You do this with the integrated control panel, via DMX or the app.
Adjustable lighting RX-18TDX III
You have many options to adjust and control the light. For example, you can adjust the colour temperature to match the ambient light. You can do this continuously, from warm (3,000 K) to cold (5,600 K). As the RX-18TDX III is flexible, you can easily adjust the angle of the light. The included diffusion fabric allows you to soften the light. And the honeycomb grid ensures that the light shines at a narrower angle. You can vary the light continuously from 0 to 100% so that your lighting is absolutely perfect.
Technical details RX-18TDX III
The CRI value is 95. This makes complicated colour corrections unnecessary during editing. The TLCI measurement of the RX-18TDX III is even 97. The light is distributed across 320 warm white LED beads and 320 cold white LED beads. And there is something special about this. Because Falcon Eyes uses the latest SMD LED beads, which are duplicated. So you have more light and more power. The 3rd generation RX-18TDX III offers no less than 130 watts of light output.
Using the RX-18TDX III
When you work for a production company or as a freelancer, every day is different. One day you work on-site at a client's location. And the next day, you work from your studio. You have complete freedom in how to control the RX-18TDX III. In the studio, you connect the RX-18TDX III to a universal DMX panel. It is based on the DMX512 protocol with a 5-pin XLR connection. Of course, you can also control the light with the supplied controller. The backlit screen displays the active settings. If the RX-18TDX III is out of range or you want to control multiple RX-18TDX III panels simultaneously, you can use an app. You can download it for free on your iPhone or Android smartphone. This allows you to control the RX-18TDX III up to a distance of 20 metres.
Power supply RX-18TDX III
You can use the RX-18TDX III anywhere. This is possible because the RX-18TDX III works on both mains power and battery. The special feature of the controller is that the power supply is integrated. So there is 1 cable from the mains socket to the controller and 1 cable from the controller to the LED panel. You don't need to buy the cables separately because we supply them with the controller. If you can't find a socket somewhere on the filming location, the RX-18TDX III also works on battery. You connect 1 universal V-mount battery to the controller for even longer runtime. App RX-18TDX III
Universal lighting solution: you adjust the colour temperature, brightness and beam width according to your needs.
Easy to transport: you take the RX-18TDX III everywhere with you. Rolled up and lightweight.
Usable everywhere: as the LED panel is only a few millimetres thick, it fits anywhere. For example, when filming a scene in a car.
Quick mounting: the integrated magnets of the RX-18TDX III attach it to the supplied X-bar or any other magnetic surface.
