Tiffen 6.6 x 6.6" Digital Diffusion/FX 5 Filter
The Tiffen 6.6 x 6.6" Digital Diffusion/FX 5 filter is a softening and diffusion filter specially designed to appear invisible, as if no filtration were applied. Compared to other diffusion filters, this filter offers virtually no glare or loss of contrast for more subtle applications. It helps to reduce facial imperfections, wrinkles, and gently smooths textured backgrounds whilst maintaining sharp focus. The density 5 offers more softening than the 4.
This filter is constructed from Water White glass and is manufactured using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and grinding it flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. This filter measures 6.6 x 6.6" / 167.6 x 167.6mm.
