The Tiffen 4 x 4" 3 Chocolate Soft Edge Graduated Filter helps to specifically add a soft neutral brown colouration to skies and other bright areas of an image whilst allowing a portion of the image to remain neutral. The filter colouration is densest at the edge and fades to clear towards the middle, with a smooth transition between the density and clear areas. The 3 colour density provides a more pronounced chocolate colouration than the density 2 filter.nnThis filter is manufactured using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and polishing to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch.
