The solid colour design makes this filter perfectly suited for use in combination with other filters for better control of image appearance. The colour density 1 provides a less pronounced tobacco colouration than the density 2 filter.

This filter is manufactured using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and polishing it to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. It measures 4 x 4" / 101.6 x 101.6 mm.
