The Tiffen 4 x 4" 2 Tobacco solid colour filter adds a warm brown-yellow colouration across the entire image and helps to reduce overly pronounced blue casts. The solid colour design makes this filter particularly suitable for use in combination with other filters for better control of image appearance. Colour density 2 offers less tobacco colouration than density 3, but more than the density 1 filter.

This filter is manufactured using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 optical glass plates and polishing it to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. It measures 4 x 4" / 101.6 x 101.6 mm.
