The Orange #16 filter is commonly used to significantly increase contrast with black and white film.
This filter is made of glass and measures 100 x 140 mm (4x5.65") x 4 mm thick.
- Deeper than Yellow #15 for more dramatic effects
- Particularly useful for sharp contrast between a blue sky with clouds and the foreground
