The Tiffen 4 x 5.65" 3 Cool Blue Graduated Soft Edge filter allows you to specifically add cool blue-violet colouration to skies and other bright areas of an image whilst allowing part of the image to remain colour-neutral. The filter colouration is densest at the edge and fades to transparent in the middle, with a smooth transition between the dense and transparent areas. Colour density 3 provides less cool blue colouration than density 4, but more than the density 2 filter.

This filter is manufactured using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and grinding it flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. It measures 4 x 5.65" / 101.6 x 143.5 mm.
