The Tiffen 4 x 5.65" Red 1 Soft-Edge Graduated filter helps to specifically add a warm, bright red colouration to skies and other bright areas of an image while allowing a portion of the image to remain neutral. The filter's colouration is densest at the edge and fades to clear by the middle, with a smooth transition between the dense and clear areas. The 1 colour density provides a less intense red colouration than the 2 density filter.

This filter is made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and grinding it to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. It measures 4 x 5.65" / 101.6 x 143.5 mm.


Note: The transition line of a filter in horizontal orientation is parallel to the long side of the filter.
