The Tiffen 4 x 5.65" 2 Cyan soft edge graduated filter allows you to specifically add vivid cyan colouration to skies and other bright areas of an image whilst allowing a portion of the image to maintain neutral colour.

The filter colouration is denser at the edge and fades to clear in the middle, with a smooth transition between the density areas and clear areas. The colour density 2 provides less cyan colouration than density 3, but more than the density 1 filter.

This filter is manufactured using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and polishing it flat to within 1/10,000th of an inch tolerance. It measures 4 x 5.65" / 101.6 x 143.5mm.

The transition line of a filter in horizontal orientation is parallel to the long side of the filter.

The graduated filter design maintains a portion of the image neutral, giving a more realistic appearance whilst allowing the sky or other bright areas to take on the colour of the density.
