The Tiffen 5 x 5" Clear Standard Coated filter is a simple clear filter designed for general lens protection. This optically clear filter does not affect overall image quality whilst helping to reduce dust, scratches, moisture and other elements that could damage your lens. This filter features a standard coating to help reduce reflections and improve light transmission.

Tiffen filters are made using ColorCore technology; a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and grinding it flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch.
