This Light Yellow 6 filter provides partial correction of panchromatic materials to adapt the visual luminance values of outdoor scenes in digital or film black-and-white photography. Filters for black-and-white photography allow various filtering effects, including contrast control, skin tone enhancement, tonal corrections and more dramatic landscapes. Whilst initially designed for use with black-and-white film, these filters can also be used as a creative tool in colour imaging.
