Tiffen 37MM Low Contrast 3
Contrast control is difficult in bright, sunny exteriors. Exposing for highlights or shadows will leave the other part severely under-exposed or over-exposed.
Low Contrast filters create a small amount of "localised" diffused light near the highlight areas in the image. This reduces contrast by lightening nearby shadow areas, whilst leaving highlights virtually unchanged.
