Tiffen 62MM Digital Diffusion FX 5
The Tiffen Digital Diffusion/FX 5 62mm filter is a softening and diffusion filter specifically designed to be invisible, as if no filtration were applied. Compared to other diffusion filters, this filter offers virtually no halo or loss of contrast for more subtle applications. It helps reduce facial imperfections, wrinkles and gently softens textured backgrounds whilst maintaining sharp focus. Density 5 offers more softening than density 4.
This filter is made from extra-clear white glass and is manufactured using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass, grinding it flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch, then mounting it in precision metal rings.
