The Tiffen 6.6 x 6.6" ND 2.1 filter is a uniform neutral density filter offering a 7-stop exposure reduction. This 2.1 density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. By slowing down your exposure time or increasing your aperture, you can control depth of field and more easily convey motion. Neutral density filters do not affect image colouring and are ideal for pairing with other filters.

This filter is made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and polishing it flat to a tolerance of one ten-thousandth of an inch. This filter measures 6.6 x 6.6" / 167.6 x 167.6 mm.
