The Tiffen 6.6 x 6.6" ND 0.9 filter is a uniform neutral density filter providing a 3-stop exposure reduction. This 0.9 density creates darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. By slowing down your exposure time or increasing your aperture, you can control depth of field and convey motion more easily. Neutral density filters do not affect image colouration and are ideal for use with other filters.

This filter is made from Water White glass and is manufactured using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass and polishing it to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch. This filter measures 6.6 x 6.6" / 167.6 x 167.6mm.
