Sigma AFD9B0 Overview

The Sigma 62mm UV WR filter is a general-purpose clear filter that helps absorb ultraviolet light and reduce the blue cast of daylight. This filter is particularly useful when shooting at high altitude or near bodies of water. No additional colouration or contrast is provided, allowing you to combine this filter with others.

A UV filter is also useful as a general protection filter to be left permanently on a lens. This filter helps to reduce dust and moisture that could reach the front element of your lens and provides additional protection in the event of drops or situations where scratches could occur.

This Sigma UV WR filter is treated to repel water droplets and resist fingerprints. It is also treated to exhibit antistatic properties to prevent microscopic dust from adhering to the front surface. This helps to ensure sharp images.
