Tiffen 85 72 mm Colour Conversion Filter

The Tiffen 85 72 mm colour conversion filter reduces colour temperature from 5500K to 3400K, allowing tungsten-balanced film to be used in daylight conditions. The warming effect of this filter requires an exposure increase of 0.6 stop for normal results.
This filter is manufactured using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass, grinding it flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch, then mounting it in precision metal rings.
- The colour conversion filter reduces colour temperature and provides a warming effect.
- Converts 5500K to 3400K for using tungsten-balanced film in daylight conditions.
