Tiffen 67mm 85C Colour Conversion Filter
The Tiffen 67mm 85C Colour Conversion Filter helps decrease colour temperature from 5500K to 3800K, allowing the use of tungsten-balanced films in daylight conditions. The warming effect of this filter requires an exposure increase of 0.3 stops to achieve normal results.
This filter is manufactured using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass, grinding it flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch, then mounting it in precision metal rings.
- The colour conversion filter decreases colour temperature and produces a warming effect.
- Converts 5500K to 3800K for using tungsten-balanced films in daylight conditions.
- The filter factor of 1.3 requires an exposure increase of 0.3 stops.
