Tiffen 77mm 82A Light Balancing Filter
 
The Tiffen 77mm 82A Light Balancing Filter helps increase the colour temperature by 200K to slightly cool the image to match the colour quality of the lighting. By using an 82A filter, you will be able to achieve a balance of 3200K when the dominant light source is 3000K. The cooling effect of this filter requires an exposure increase of 0.3 stop for normal results.
This filter is manufactured using ColorCore technology, a process that laminates the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass, polishes it flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch, and then mounts it in precision metal rings.
- Light balancing filter increases colour temperature and provides a cooling effect.
- Adds 200K to achieve a colour balance of 3200K from 3000K lighting.
- Filter factor of 1.3 requires an exposure increase of 0.3 stop.
