The Tiffen 67mm Nude/FX 3 Filter is a skin tone enhancement filter that brings gentle warmth to the image and helps soften imperfections. This filter works by infusing the background areas of the scene with the filter's tonality and blending skin tones with additional warmth. Density 3 offers more skin tone enhancement than density 2, but less than 4.
Tiffen filters are manufactured using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass, grinding it flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch, then mounting it in precision metal rings.
