Tiffen 62mm Pro-Mist 2 Filter 

The Tiffen 62mm Pro-Mist 2 Filter helps to reduce the intensity of highlights whilst significantly reducing overall contrast. This filter is particularly useful for smoothing and softening facial wrinkles and other imperfections. Although designed for cinematographic use, this filter can also be used for fashion and beauty applications. Unlike a traditional diffusion or blur filter, Pro-Mist filters offer little loss of detail across the entire image. Density 2 provides more contrast and highlight reduction than density 1, but less than density 3, whilst providing a soft, pastel quality of light.
Tiffen filters are made using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass, polishing it flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch, and then mounting it in precision metal rings.
