Tiffen 67mm Digital Diffusion/FX 2 Filter

The Tiffen 67mm Digital Diffusion/FX 2 filter is a softening and diffusion filter specifically designed to be invisible, as if no filtration were applied. Compared to other diffusion filters, this filter offers virtually no flare or loss of contrast for more subtle applications. It helps soften facial imperfections, wrinkles and gently smooths textured backgrounds whilst maintaining sharp focus. Density 2 offers more softening than 1, but less than 3.
This filter is made from water white glass and uses ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass, grinding it flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch, and then mounting it in precision metal rings.
