Tiffen 77mm Digital Diffusion/FX 1/4 Filter 

The Tiffen 77mm Digital Diffusion/FX 1/4 Filter is a softening and diffusion filter specifically designed to appear invisible, as if no filtration were applied. Compared to other diffusion filters, this filter offers virtually no flare or contrast loss for more subtle applications. It helps to reduce facial imperfections, wrinkles, and gently softens textured backgrounds whilst maintaining sharp focus. The 1/4 density offers less softening than the 1/2. This filter is constructed from Water White glass and is manufactured using ColorCore technology, a process that involves laminating the filter substrate between 2 pieces of optical glass, grinding it flat to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch, then mounting it in precision metal rings. - Softening and diffusion filter for smoothing skin detail and softening textured backgrounds. - Gives the impression that no filtration is being used and helps maintain clear focus. - Water White optical glass for excellent clarity.
