The Tiffen 52mm Vector Star Effect Filter creates multiple points of light, or "stars", which extend outwards from a central light source. This filter is supplied in a rotating mount for precise placement of the star effect.

Tiffen's ColorCore glass is produced by a process that involves permanently laminating the filter material between two pieces of optical glass, ground flat to tolerances of one ten-thousandth of an inch, then mounted in precision aluminium rings.
