The Formatt-Hitech 95mm HD ND 2.4 filter is a solid neutral density filter offering an 8-stop exposure reduction. This 2.4 density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or longer shutter speed than normally required. By slowing down your exposure time or increasing your aperture, you can control depth of field and convey motion more easily.

This filter is made from Schott Superwhite glass to maintain high optical clarity and is set in a 4mm thick metal filter ring.
