The Tiffen 138 mm Streak Effect 2 mm Grid Glass (drop-in) filter produces a unique light ray effect from a light source, reflective metallic surface or water surface.
Similar to a star filter, but where a star filter radiates a pattern of light beams, the Streak effect generates only a single radiating beam.
Note: Tiffen Streak filters are available with 2 mm and 3 mm line spacing
- The star effect will be more pronounced with a brighter and larger source
- Adds drama for special effects images
- Conveys a sense of motion but will not produce blur
