The versatile Canon ME200S-SH camera features a lockable EF mount and captures video up to 1920 x 1080p 60 (59.94p), while supporting NTSC and PAL broadcast frame rates. The camera incorporates a Super 35mm size sensor with 12 stops of dynamic range and ISO sensitivity reaching 204,800. It supports EOS Standard, Wide DR, Canon Log modes, and allows you to define up to six custom picture settings to protect detail in highlights and shadows.


The camera body is compact, perfect for capturing shots from hard-to-reach spaces. It features a digital teleconverter that can be set to provide a 2x, 4x or 8x zoom effect. With two HD/3G-SDI outputs and a single HDMI output, the camera incorporates a genlock input for integrating this camera into a multi-camera production, as well as a 2.5mm stereo mini-jack and an RS-422 port for control. You can power the camera using 12 VDC either via the 2-pin Phoenix connector or via the built-in 4-pin XLR connector.

- The camera features a built-in filter stack comprising a clear filter, ND 1/8 and ND 1/64, as well as an IR cut filter, allowing you to choose to use the IR cut filter in the same way you would select from the built-in ND filters.

- The camera features a built-in One-Shot AF autofocus and Push Auto Iris. The One-Shot AF function assists with focus adjustment via a dedicated button. The focus status can be confirmed on an external monitor. Push Auto Iris automatically adjusts the lens aperture to quickly and easily maintain correct exposure, even in situations where lighting changes frequently.

- The lockable cinema EF mount is compatible with EF mount lenses and offers a more secure attachment to the camera than a standard EF mount. The front of the camera features a 12-pin lens terminal enabling lens connectivity with EF mount CINE-SERVO lenses or 2/3" broadcast lenses with an optional third-party adapter.

- Other calibration functions include automatic black balance, colour bar, test tone, assignable buttons, peripheral illumination correction, focus limit, EF-S lens crop, scan reverse, flicker reduction, noise reduction, time display, and hour meter.

- The camera supports custom picture settings to protect detail in highlights and shadows. These settings include selections for EOS Standard, Wide DR and Canon Log gamma. The camera also supports up to six custom scene settings.
