Hawkwoods V-Lok Mini Camera Mount for Canon C300 MK3, C500 MK2
The VLM-C53 from Hawkwoods is a direct camera mount suitable for Canon C500 MKII and C300 MKIII cameras. The Hawkwoods adapter converts the VL-C500 MKII to allow the use of V-Lok batteries instead of Canon BPA batteries, thus considerably extending battery life. The VLM-C53 attaches securely to the camera using two captive screws, firmly locking the adapter in place. A Power-con (D-Tap) output is provided to power other accessories. The C500 is powered via a fixed flying XLR cable. The main feature of the VLM-C53 is its ability to hot-swap between a V-Lok battery and the camera's internal battery system (BPA batteries) BPA-50 BPA-98, thus allowing continuous power without having to turn off the camera.
