The SX42HU-3 is a 2x4 4K30 UHD HDMI secure mini-matrix KVM switch. It enables the simultaneous viewing and control of four computers with different security classifications whilst securely sharing devices - keyboard, video, mouse, audio and USB devices. It also enables assigning a USB port to a specific computer whilst switching other devices, for example when a USB smart card reader must remain associated with a certain computer. The SX42HU-3 offers the highest level of isolation possible between connected computers and is certified NIAP Common Criteria Protection Profile version 3.0 (PP3.0).
- Maximum security by design - NIAP Common Criteria Protection Profile version 3.0 (PP3.0) certification for Peripheral Sharing Switch (PSS) devices.
- 4K30 UHD resolution - Supports resolutions up to 3840×2160 @30Hz.
- Independent device switching - Supports independent switching of video, audio, keyboard, mouse or USB devices between primary and secondary computers.
- Work freely without compromising security - Display the screen of any connected computer on both mini-matrix screens simultaneously or extend the screens to external 3rd and 4th displays.
- Prevent information leakage - Block device exploits, information leakage, eavesdropping, signal transmission, malware, hardware and firmware manipulation.
- Filter USB devices - Allow or block specific USB devices according to VID/PID characteristics.
- Seamless switching between computers (virtual display technology) - Automatically switch control of all devices from one computer to another by moving the cursor between the display borders of each computer.
- Biometric/smart card reader support - Connect a smart card/biometric reader to the secure port to support user authentication on multiple isolated computers.
- Keyboard lock indication - Indication of Caps Lock, Num Lock and Scroll Lock keys on the front panel.
