The FiDO-2T-MM provides unrivalled flexibility and efficiency for 3G-SDI to fibre conversion, enabling cable distances of up to 700 m (2296 ft) for OM4 and 300 m (984 ft) for OM3 for multi-mode fibre optic cables - useful for eliminating ground loop issues.
The FiDO converters use a compact and discreet housing that works well in confined spaces around and behind equipment racks, trucks and on cameras.
All AJA mini-converters come with a universal power supply that includes international plug connections for worldwide use. AJA mini-converters are small enough to fit behind a monitor, at the back of a rack or directly on a camera mount. A locking power connector cannot come loose accidentally and an optional P-TAP power cable enables battery power in remote locations.
