AJA HA5-12G-T Mini-Converter HDMI 2.0 to 12G-SDI with 1 x fibre transmitter
AJA's HA5-12G-T HDMI 2.0 to 12G-SDI mini-converter with 1 fibre transmitter converts a single HDMI 2.0 video input to two 12G-SDI outputs, and incorporates an SFP (Small Form-factor Pluggable) fibre transmitter to extend your HDMI signal up to 2 km. This compact converter features one HDMI 2.0 input and two single-link 12G-SDI outputs, reducing cable lengths for HDMI distribution. It supports video resolutions up to DCI 4K (4096 x 2160) and UHD 4K (3840 x 2160). The HA5-12G-T supports high dynamic range (HDR) content with InfoFrame data analysis via HDMI input.
With features including support for video resolutions up to DCI 4K60, high frame rate (HFR) 60/50 fps at 60p, and DCI/UHD 4K source mapping with 2SI (two sample interleave), the HA5-12G-T integrates seamlessly into your professional workflow. It comes with the AJA FiberLC-1T-12G SFP installed. The HA5-12G-T supports both DCI and UHD 4K, compensating for the difference in resolutions when displaying one type of content on the other type of monitor, and vice versa. The USB port on this mini-converter allows you to configure, control and update the firmware with the free downloadable Mini-Config software.
Input up to eight channels of embedded HDMI audio, and output up to eight channels of embedded SDI. Audio can also be input via two-channel RCA audio connectors. An LED indicator displays one of three colours when your input signal is locked: amber for DCI/UHD 4K, red for HD-SDI or green for SD-SDI.
The AJA HA5-12G-T includes a universal power supply with international connectors for worldwide use. A separately available D-Tap power cable allows you to power this mini-converter by battery in remote locations.
