Aja 2-channel single-mode fibre LC to 3G SDI receiver
The OG-FiDO-2R is a state-of-the-art, openGear-compatible, 2-channel fibre to 3G-SDI converter, allowing 3G-SDI signals to be extended up to 10 km (32,808 feet) over standard single-mode fibre optic cable. The two fibre inputs are completely independent, allowing different 3G-SDI rates on each channel.
Connectivity
The fibre inputs are resynchronised with the best input jitter tolerance in its class. 3G-SDI rates of 270 Mb, 1.5 Gb and 3 Gb are supported. The fibre connector is fixed to the main board for increased reliability and cost savings.
openGear compatibility
The openGear standard ensures that AJA cards will be compatible with other openGear products from certified openGear partners. With a growing list of products, openGear is the future of chassis-based products.
Flexible I/O
The modular rear panel allows for customised I/O connections per card (included with individual cards).
Built-in safety
The optional redundant power supply provides a secondary power source in case of main power supply failure.
Ethernet Access
A standard Ethernet connection allows access to the chassis via the Dashboard application for overall chassis communication.
