All Encoding Modes
Accepts up to 16 incoming HD video signals via 3G-SDI and applies NDI encoding to each channel, allowing output of up to 16 individual HD NDI channels via 10 GigE. The same 16 3G-SDI channels can also be used to enable: - Eight dual-channel video and key groups to NDI outputs - Four four or two-channel DCI 4K/UHD 4K groups to NDI outputs When configured to encode all incoming SDI inputs to NDI outputs, it supports: Simultaneous 3G-SDI inputs: - 16 simultaneous channels up to 60p YCbCr 4:2:2 10-bit Simultaneous encoding for individual 1080p channels: - 16 simultaneous channels up to 60p Simultaneous encoding for 1080p video and key pairs: - 8 simultaneous channels up to 60p Simultaneous encoding for DCI 4K/UHD 4K groups: - 4 simultaneous channels up to 60p Encoded output supported via 10 GigE: - NDI UYVY, 4:2:2, 8-bit, or P216, 4:2:2, 16-bit

Decodes all incoming NDI signals via 10 GigE ports directly to SDI outputs. Decodes up to 16 NDI or NDI HX inputs to uncompressed HD video for output via 16 3G-SDI outputs. Decodes up to 8 NDI streams and an alpha channel for conversion and output as 8 channels of dual 3G-SDI HD video and key. When decoding up to 4 4K/UltraHD NDI streams, all 16 connections can support either square division or 2SI for SDI output Simultaneous NDI/NDI HX inputs: - 4, 8 or 16 simultaneous channels up to 60p, UYVY, 4:2:2, 8-bit Simultaneous 1080p decoding: - 16 simultaneous channels up to 60p Simultaneous 1080p video and key pair decoding: - 8 simultaneous channels up to 60p Simultaneous DCI 4K/UHD 4K decoding: - 4 simultaneous channels up to 60p Decode output supported via two 10 GigE ports: - YCbCr 4:2:2 10-bit

The AJA Bridge NDI 3G converter offers high-capacity 3G-SDI to NDI and NDI to 3G-SDI conversion in a compact 1 RU format. Designed to integrate into your existing SDI or NDI workflow, this plug-and-play converter is ideal for broadcast, security, sports, entertainment and other audiovisual applications.
Converter features include support for DCI 4K60 4:2:2 10-bit video, 16 3G-SDI input/output ports, two RJ45 10 GigE input/output ports, embedded audio support up to 16 channels, and local and remote control.
