The BC561T is a transmitter card for transporting a 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, SD-SDI or DVB-ASI signal over fibre optic cable. The incoming signal is automatically detected, then equalised and resynchronised before conversion and transmission via a single optical fibre.


A return path for 2 x differential analogue audio and a composite/genlock signal is transported over a second fibre, making the BC561 a perfect solution for adding cost-effective fibre inputs/outputs to compact remote camera systems.


The BC561T is available in multimode, single-mode, WDM and CWDM versions to suit any fibre application.


The BC561T occupies a single slot in the BC100-3RU 19" rack-mountable chassis which can accommodate up to 15 single-slot cards. Monitoring of signals and cards is performed via SNMP monitoring in the BM102 network card.


For standalone applications, the BC561T can be housed in a robust individual enclosure.
