Aja HA5 with ST fibre output
The HA5-Fiber converts an HDMI input to 3G-SDI via a 1310 nm single-mode optical fibre cable (ST-type fibre connector) to carry HDMI sources over fibre. Its compact format allows this Mini-Converter to be easily installed behind a camera or behind an equipment rack.
8-channel embedded audio is supported in the fibre output, allowing a convenient audio/video connection over a single cable up to 10 km. The HA5-Fiber also features 2-channel RCA audio inputs for stereo audio input if required.
All AJA Mini-Converters are supplied with a universal power supply that includes international connections for worldwide use. AJA Mini-Converters are small enough to be installed behind a monitor, at the back of a rack or directly on a camera mount. A locking power connector cannot be accidentally disconnected and an optional P-TAP power cable allows battery power in remote locations.
All AJA Mini-Converters are covered by a five-year warranty and AJA's advance replacement policy. If a replacement is needed, AJA will immediately ship a new unit without having to return the original unit first, ensuring the quickest possible resumption of business.
