Description Using the same base module, we offer four versions suitable for single-mode LC, ST or SC optical fibre connections, as well as a version for multi-mode fibre. Each version is equipped with a different SFP. The ORX 1802 is a compact optical fibre receiver designed to overcome the limitations associated with distributing uncompressed broadcast-quality video signals over long distances. Combined with optical fibre transmitters (e.g. yellobrik OTX 1812 or OTX 1842), this module offers a highly cost-effective optical transmission/reception system for signals up to 1080p60 (3Gbit/s), whilst preserving full uncompressed quality. The ORX 1802 provides two SDI outputs and supports single-mode LC, ST or SC fibre connections, as well as an LC version suitable for multi-mode fibre. The ORX 1802 is compatible with any video signal conforming to SMPTE 424M, SMPTE 292M and SMPTE 259M standards, as well as DVB-ASI.
