Single channel multimode fibre optic transmitter card 3G/SDI, with automatic detection and resynchronisation for SDI, ASI, HD/SDI and 3G/SDI. Equipped with LC connector.

The BC360T is a transmitter for converting 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, SD-SDI and ASI signals to fibre optic. The incoming signal is automatically detected then equalised before conversion and transmission via a single fibre optic. All Bluebell cards are designed to maintain maximum signal path integrity, providing excellent optical transport without jitter.

In non-resynchronisation mode, the unit can operate with data rates from 50 Mb/s to 3 GB/s.

The BC360 cards are suitable for applications where customers wish to maintain main and backup channels on separate physical cards for redundancy.

The BC360T is available in single-mode, WDM and CWDM versions to suit any fibre application. The BC360T occupies a single slot in the BC100-3RU 19″ rack chassis which can accommodate up to 15 single cards. Some processing cards in the BC series have dual functionality allowing up to 30 video channels to be transmitted or received from a single 3RU chassis. Signal and card monitoring is via SNMP monitoring in the BM101 network card. Alternatively, GP-Output alarms can be triggered via the BM100 module.

For standalone applications, the BC360T can be housed in a robust individual enclosure.
