Single-channel single-mode fibre optic receiver card 3G/SDI, HD/SDI, with automatic detection for SDI, ASI, HD/SDI and 3G-SDI. Fitted with an LC connector.

The BC360R is a receiver for converting optical signals to electrical 3G-SDI, HD-SDI and ASI signals. The incoming optical signal is passed to a transimpedance and limiting amplifier before being electrically resynchronised at the outputs. All Bluebell cards are designed to maintain maximum signal path integrity, providing excellent jitter-free optical transport.
Two serial digital signals are available at the output. The BC360R is available in single-mode, WDM and CWDM versions to suit any fibre application.

BC360 cards are suitable for applications where customers wish to maintain main and backup channels on separate physical cards for redundancy.

The BC360R occupies a single slot in the BC100-3RU 19" rack chassis which can accommodate up to 15 single-slot cards. Some processing cards in the BC series have dual functionality allowing transmission or reception of up to 30 video channels from a single 3RU chassis.
Signal and card monitoring is performed via SNMP monitoring in the BM101 network card.
Alternatively, GP-Output alarms can be triggered via the BM100 module.

For standalone applications, the BC360R can be housed in a robust individual enclosure.
