The BC360T is a transmitter for converting 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, SD-SDI and ASI signals to fibre optic cable. The incoming signal is automatically detected then equalised before conversion and transmission over a single optical fibre. All Bluebell cards are designed to maintain maximum signal path integrity, providing excellent optical transport without jitter. In non-reclocked mode, the unit can operate with data rates from 50 Mb/s to 3 GB/s. BC360 cards are suitable for applications where customers wish to keep main and backup channels on separate physical cards for redundancy. The BC360T is available in single-mode, WDM and CWDM versions to suit any fibre application. The BC360T occupies a single slot in the 19" BC100-3RU chassis which can accommodate up to 15 single-slot cards. Some BC series processing cards have dual functionality allowing transmission or reception of up to 30 video channels from a single 3U chassis. Signal and card monitoring is achieved via SNMP monitoring in the BM101 network card. Alternatively, GP-Output alarms can be triggered via the BM100 module. For standalone applications, the BC360T can be housed in a rugged individual enclosure. specifications
