Single-mode 3G-SDI Optical Transmitter Card with 4 x AES Embedder (1310nm) The BC460T is a transmitter for converting 3G/HD/SD-SDI to optical signal with the capability to embed 4 AES/EBU audio channels. The incoming signal is automatically detected then equalised before conversion and transmission over a single optical fibre. All Bluebell cards are designed to maintain maximum signal path integrity, providing excellent jitter-free optical transport. The BC460T embedder can be used with a BC450R de-embedder allowing AES inputs to feed analogue outputs. The BC460T is available in multimode, single-mode, WDM and CWDM versions to suit any fibre application. The BC460T occupies a single slot in the 19" BC100-3RU rack chassis which can accommodate up to 15 single-slot cards. Some BC series processing cards have dual functionality allowing transmission or reception of up to 30 video channels from a single 3RU chassis. Signal and card monitoring is achieved by SNMP monitoring in the BM101 network card. Alternatively, GP-Output alarms can be triggered via the BM100 module. For standalone applications, the BC460T can be housed in a robust individual enclosure. specifications
