3G-SDI singlemode optical receiver card with 4 x AES de-embeddernnThe BC460R is a receiver for converting optical signals to 3G/HD/SD-SDI with the capacity to de-embed 4 AES/EBU audio channels. The incoming optical signal is sent to a transimpedance and limiting amplifier before being electrically resynchronised to the outputs. An internal de-embedder drives the AES/EBU output signals via a line transformer. All Bluebell cards are designed to maintain maximum signal path integrity, offering excellent jitter-free optical transport.nThe BC460R de-embedder can be used with a BC450T embedder allowing analogue inputs to feed AES outputs. The BC460R is available in multimode, singlemode, WDM and CWDM versions to suit any fibre application.nnThe BC460R occupies a single slot in the BC100-3RU 19" rack chassis which can accommodate up to 15 single-slot cards. Some BC series processing cards have dual functionality enabling transmission or reception of up to 30 video channels from a single 3RU chassis.nSignal and card monitoring is performed via SNMP monitoring in the BM101 network card.nAlternatively, GP-Output alarms can be triggered via the BM100 module.nnFor standalone applications, the BC460R can be housed in a ruggedised individual enclosure.nnnSpecificationsn
