Single-channel multimode fibre optic transmitter module 3G/SDI, HD/SDI, automatic detection for SDI, ASI, HD/SDI and 3G/SDI. Fitted with LC connectors. PS12 power supply ordered separately. The BC313T is a transmitter module for converting 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, SD-SDI and ASI signals to fibre optic cable. The incoming signal is automatically detected, then equalised and re-clocked before conversion and transmission over a single optical fibre. Each BC313T is housed in a compact and robust enclosure, designed for outside broadcasts and special events as well as studios. Power is supplied via the optional PS10/XLR unit. The PS10/XLR features an IEC mains input allowing easy integration into standard equipment racks. The BC313T features a 4-pin XLR allowing power from a variety of external DC sources in the range of 4.5 to 17 V. The BC313s are extremely compact single-channel fibre optic converters, perfectly suited to providing interference-free transmission and extending the range of electrical signals, particularly HD-SDI and 3G-SDI signals. Each channel can operate in non-re-clocked mode and handles data rates from 50 Mb/s to 3 Gb/s. The BC313T is available in single-mode, WDM and CWDM versions to suit any fibre application. The BC313T can also be used to interface with any standard Bluebell card and chassis.
