Single-channel multimode optical fibre receiver module 3G/SDI, HD/SDI with dual outputs, automatic detection for SDI, ASI, HD/SDI and 3G/SDI. Equipped with LC connectors. PS12 power supply ordered separately.
The BC313R/D is a receiver for converting an optical signal to electrical 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, SD-SDI and ASI signal. The incoming optical signal is directed to a trans-impedance and limiting amplifier before being electrically reclocked at the output. A second output is provided for monitoring or distribution.
Each BC313R/D is housed in a compact and robust enclosure, designed for outdoor broadcasting and special events as well as studios.
Power is supplied via the optional PS10/XLR unit. The PS10/XLR has an IEC mains input allowing easy adoption in standard equipment racks. The BC313R/D has a 4-pin XLR allowing power from various external DC sources in the range of 4.5 to 17 V.
The BC313 are extremely compact single-channel optical fibre converters, perfectly suited to ensure interference-free transmission and to extend the range of electrical signals, particularly HD-SDI and 3G-SDI signals.
Each channel can operate in non-reclocked mode and handles data rates from 50 Mb/s to 3 Gb/s.
The BC313R/D is available in single-mode, WDM and CWDM versions to suit any fibre application.
The BC313R/D can also be used to interface with any standard Bluebell card and enclosure.
