Dual channel 3G/SDI, HD/SDI single-mode fiber optic receiver module, auto-detection for SDI, ASI, HD/SDI and 3G/SDI. Equipped with LC connectors. PS12 power supply ordered separately.
The BC323R is a receiver for converting two independent optical signals to electrical 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, SD-SDI and ASI. The incoming optical signal is routed to a trans-impedance and limiting amplifier before being electrically resynchronized to the outputs.
Each BC323R is housed in a compact and robust enclosure, designed for outdoor broadcasting and special events as well as studios. Power is supplied via the PS12 unit sold separately.
The PS12 features an IEC mains input allowing easy adaptation in standard equipment racks. The BC323R has a 4-pin XLR allowing power from various external DC sources in the range of 4.5 to 17 V.
The BC323s are extremely compact dual channel fiber optic converters, perfectly suited for interference-free transmission and extending the range of electrical signals, particularly HD-SDI and 3G-SDI signals.
Each channel can operate in non-resynchronized mode and handles data rates from 50 Mb/s to 3 Gb/s.
The BC323R is available in single-mode, WDM and CWDM versions to suit any fiber application.
The BC323R can also be used for interfacing with any standard Bluebell card and enclosure.
