The TLM 103 is a large-diaphragm microphone ideal for all professional and semi-professional applications requiring high sound quality. Using the transformerless circuit found in many Neumann microphone models, the TLM 103 features unmatched levels of low self-noise and can handle very high signal levels. The capsule, derived from the one used in the U 87 microphone, has a cardioid polar pattern, is acoustically balanced and offers very good rear attenuation.
