Mackie Studio Monitor
The Mackie MR624 studio monitor is a 6.5" 2-way powered reference speaker designed for mixing and monitoring in your home studio or project studio. It features a logarithmic waveguide system designed to minimise reflections and diffractions for a wider listening area, as well as a custom rear port to ensure uniform response in the low frequencies.
The MR624 is equipped with matched amplifiers and transducers for an optimised 65W Class A/B bi-amplified system. The speakers can also be optimised for your mixing environment using adjustable acoustic space filters designed to maintain a flat response in typical placement configurations. In addition, a high-frequency filter applies a boost or attenuation to compensate for particularly bright or dead rooms.
The MR624 was designed with flexibility in mind, featuring XLR, TRS and RCA monitor inputs. The speaker is housed in an all-wood enclosure that has been treated with acoustic absorption material for a tighter response. In addition, the MRS10 studio subwoofer can be added for more powerful and extended bass.
